The TAU Handbrake V2 was developed with the clear aim of bringing a real racing feeling to your simracing setup. Every pull of the lever gives you a controlled, progressive braking feel reminiscent of real rally and drift cars. The mechanics react directly, precisely and without artificial filters, so that you can perform every maneuver with maximum control and confidence - exactly when it matters.

100 kg Loadcell and progressive mechanism

At the heart of the TAU Handbrake V2 is a load cell with a load capacity of up to 100 kg, combined with a high-resolution 24-bit converter. The braking force is not measured via displacement, but via real pressure, which ensures maximum precision and repeatability. The two-stage spring mechanism generates a progressive, non-linear resistance behavior and simulates realistic hydraulic characteristics - for an uncompromisingly real driving experience.

Maximum adjustability for your riding style

The handbrake can be fully adapted to your preferences. The three-stage adjustment range of the spring mechanism covers a wide range of resistance forces and allows fine tuning for different vehicles and simulations. In addition, you can change the grip position by up to 135° using a four-stage scale and mount the lever parallel or perpendicular to the base. The resistance can be adjusted at any time without tools using the knurled knob - quickly, precisely and directly during use.

High-quality materials and easy installation

Made of glass-blasted stainless steel, powder-coated carbon steel and a solid aluminum handle, the TAU Handbrake V2 stands for durability and uncompromising stability. The revised V2 version has a two-point mounting (front and rear) that enables direct attachment to 40 mm aluminum profiles. This makes mounting more ergonomic, more stable and requires no additional accessories - perfect for modern simracing cockpits.

We pro­vide a 2‑year war­ran­ty on this prod­uct. Dur­ing this peri­od, we will repair any mate­r­i­al or man­u­fac­tur­ing defects free of charge. If a defect occurs, sim­ply con­tact our Tech­ni­cal Sup­port – we will take care of the repair or replace­ment quick­ly and with­out has­sle.
