28 Nm Direct Drive Power without compromise

The Alpha EVO Ultra provides you with a constant torque of 28 Nm, ensuring an extremely powerful but controllable steering feel. The integrated Direct Drive servo motor transmits all power directly to your steering wheel without belts or gears, resulting in no mechanical losses or delays. Thanks to the high power reserve, the torque remains stable even during long racing sessions and does not collapse even under continuous load. The internal motor control works with a high signal rate to output force feedback effects without noticeable latency. The result is an immediate, raw and at the same time precisely controllable driving experience at a professional level.

21-bit encoder for maximum detail fidelity

A high-resolution 21-bit magnetic encoder records the steering angle movement with 2,097,152 steps per revolution. This means that even the finest micro-details such as bumps in the road, tire slip or load changes are reproduced exactly. Signal processing takes place with extremely low latency so that your inputs are implemented without delay. In combination with the Direct Drive motor, this results in particularly clear, differentiated force feedback with clean feedback at the limits. This high resolution is particularly noticeable in precise vehicle classes such as formula or prototype setups.

Intelligent temperature management for constant performance

The wheelbase has an integrated temperature management system so that you get consistent performance even during long stints or endurance races. The CNC-milled aluminum housing actively supports heat dissipation and ensures a stable operating temperature. The internal electronics permanently monitor the thermal load and regulate the power output so that there is no noticeable loss of performance. The power supply is designed for a range of 110 to 220 volts and guarantees stable operation in everyday racing. As a result, the torque remains reproducible and constantly available.

SimPro Manager and professional integration into the rig

With the Simagic SimPro software, you can configure your force feedback individually and save several user-defined profiles for different vehicles or racing series. The software runs under Windows 10 and Windows 11 and connects directly to the wheelbase via USB 2.0. You can also install firmware updates via the USB interface so that your system is always technically up to date. Standardized front and bottom mount holes are available for mechanical integration, allowing the base to be mounted torsionally rigid in aluminium rigs. The proprietary Simagic Quick Release System ensures a backlash-free, highly stable connection between the wheelbase and steering wheel.
