Warranty

We pro­vide a 2‑year war­ran­ty on this prod­uct. Dur­ing this peri­od, we will repair any mate­r­i­al or man­u­fac­tur­ing defects free of charge. If a defect occurs, sim­ply con­tact our Tech­ni­cal Sup­port – we will take care of the repair or replace­ment quick­ly and with­out has­sle.

Shipping

All prod­ucts are dis­patched direct­ly from our own EU ware­house in Baden-Würt­tem­berg, Ger­many. As a rule, ship­ments are made via FedEx or GLS.

Is it compatible with the P1x ultimate out of the box or does it need an adapter?
SimUltimate:

Since we do not car­ry Sim­Lab prod­ucts in our assort­ment, we can­not give you a defin­i­tive answer. How­ev­er, we assume that the mount­ing rails intend­ed for the seat instal­la­tion can be adjust­ed in width. If that is the case, the seat should fit with­out major issues.

For the SU-RS1, the brack­ets and the seat slid­er are already includ­ed in the scope of deliv­ery.
