We pro­vide a 2‑year war­ran­ty on this prod­uct. Dur­ing this peri­od, we will repair any mate­r­i­al or man­u­fac­tur­ing defects free of charge. If a defect occurs, sim­ply con­tact our Tech­ni­cal Sup­port – we will take care of the repair or replace­ment quick­ly and with­out has­sle.

All prod­ucts are dis­patched direct­ly from our own EU ware­house in Baden-Würt­tem­berg, Ger­many. As a rule, ship­ments are made via FedEx or GLS.

The esti­mat­ed deliv­ery time for each prod­uct can be found under the “Add to cart” but­ton. The esti­mat­ed deliv­ery date for your entire order will be dis­played in your bas­ket before you com­plete the pay­ment process. Work­ing days are Mon­day to Fri­day.
