Authentic sequential racing feel

The TAU Sequential Shifter V2 was developed to faithfully reproduce the real driving experience of a racing car. Each shift gives you clearly defined resistance and tangible mechanical feedback. Upshifts and downshifts require the same force, just like real sequential gearboxes, allowing for smooth, controlled shifting. The distinctive clicking sound with each gear change further enhances the immersion and makes every ride an intense experience.

Two-stage mechanism with realistic force progression

The heart of the shifter is the ingenious mechanism with two-stage force change. When shifting, you initially feel a clear increase in force, which drops off in a controlled manner from a certain point - an effect that exactly simulates the "breaking of the force" of real racing gearboxes. The precisely tuned geometry and spring ensure an authentic, mechanical feel without artificial ratcheting and with clear feedback in every shifting movement.

Hall sensors and ball bearing precision

Two non-contact Hall sensors are used for position measurement, which record the shift lever travel precisely and repeatably. As no physical contact is necessary, wear is minimized and consistent precision is guaranteed. In the V2 version, the mechanism has also been converted to ball bearings, which reduces friction, increases smoothness and significantly reduces maintenance costs - ideal for years of intensive use.

Adjustability, assembly and high-quality materials

The shifting force can be finely adjusted using a spring with knurled knob and flange nut, so you can adapt the resistance to your riding style at any time. The aluminum grip can be mounted both vertically and horizontally for maximum positioning flexibility. The new two-point mounting (front and rear) allows direct attachment to 40 mm aluminum profiles and ensures stable, ergonomic integration into the cockpit. Manufactured from glass-blasted stainless steel and powder-coated carbon steel, the TAU Sequential Shifter V2 stands for uncompromising quality and durability.
