Outstanding performance through precision and power

The Ares Platinum uses a specially developed Skew-Pole Direct-Drive motor, which has been specially designed for simracing use. With 20 Nm of torque and a 23-bit optical encoder, it delivers high-resolution input accuracy and ultra-smooth steering behavior. Compared to magnetic encoders, the optical version offers even more precise detection, smoother force feedback and significantly higher reliability - perfect for drivers who want to feel every nuance of the track. The optimized force feedback system reacts with a torque slew rate of up to 9.5 Nm/ms, so that even the smallest changes in grip or vehicle movements can be felt directly.

Perfected motor architecture and thermal stability

The specially developed dual skewed pole motor - with staggered poles on the stator and rotor - minimizes torque ripple, electromagnetic vibrations and noise. The result: a particularly smooth, quiet and controlled steering feel. The Ares Platinum impresses with minimal cogging (<2.3%), very smooth running and outstanding NVH (noise, vibration & harshness) behavior. An intelligent thermal management system monitors the temperature of the motor and electronics in real time to ensure constant performance even during long stints.

Precise calibration and tested performance

When developing the Ares Platinum, Conspit relies on real measured values instead of theoretical simulations. Each device is calibrated with industrial reference torque sensors that operate with an accuracy of 0.01 Nm at a sampling rate of 1 kHz. This ensures that the displayed force corresponds exactly to the actual torque on the steering wheel. This precise tuning not only guarantees realistic feedback, but also reproducible performance in every driving situation - whether sprint or long distance.

Innovative design and well thought-out details

Made from high-quality aerospace aluminum alloy, the Ares Platinum impresses with its exceptional rigidity and efficient heat dissipation. The compact design (only 270 mm long) fits elegantly into any rig and underlines the high-end character with clear lines and a fine surface finish. Thanks to the CDR quick-release system, you can change steering wheels quickly and safely - with broad compatibility with standard hubs on the market. The front POGO port also enables the connection of future Conspit extensions. The Conspit Link 2.0 software allows you to adjust force feedback parameters, profiles and telemetry in real time - including presets from professional drivers such as Laurin Heinrich.
