VNM Simulation announces price adjustment for wheel bases
VNM cites significantly increased costs for servo components on the supplier side as the reason for the adjustment. These components are essential for direct drive technology and have a direct impact on the precision, dynamics and long-term reliability of the wheelbases. According to VNM, attempts were made over a long period of time to keep prices stable, but the ongoing cost increases now make this step unavoidable.
Affected products
The price adjustment affects all current direct drive wheelbases from VNM, which we continue to carry in our product range. The new prices are valid from the specified date and vary depending on the model class, but remain very competitive compared to the market environment.
VNM® Direct Drive Premier (13 Nm)
VNM® Direct Drive Elite (18 Nm)
VNM® Direct Drive Supreme (25 Nm)
VNM® Direct Drive Xtreme (32 Nm)
Our assessment
Even after this adjustment, we still consider VNM wheel bases to be among the strongest wheel bases in terms of value for money. In terms of torque, force feedback quality, mechanical construction and long-term stability, VNM systems continue to compete with significantly more expensive direct drive solutions in many cases – and in some cases even surpass them.
Especially in terms of performance, build quality and technical clarity, VNM remains one of our strongest recommendations in the direct drive sector. Of course, the price adjustment will not affect our support, advice or the long-term availability of our products.
Orders received by us before 5 January 2026 will still be processed under the previous conditions. From the cut-off date onwards, we will have to apply the new manufacturer prices.
If you have any questions about the price change or choosing the right VNM wheel base, our team will be happy to assist you at any time.

VNM bleibt für mich trotz Preisanpassung einer der Top-Favoriten im Direct-Drive-Bereich.
Guess it’s time to start saving up for that VNM wheelbase, because my wallet just took a hit reading this.
